(Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012

 

Under the provisions of the above-named Regulations which came into force on 10th September 2012, the following report entitled: -

 

City of York Trading – Creation of a New Company for the Provision of Agency Workers

May contain an annexe which may be considered, in private, at the meeting of Executive to be held on Thursday, 13 June 2024.     

 

The annexe may be considered in private as it contains Exempt Information as described in Paragraphs 3 and 4 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) in that information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information), and information relating to any consultations or negotiations, or contemplated consultations or negotiations, in relation to any labour relations matter arising between the authority or the Minister of the Crown and employees of, or office holders under the authority.

 

Please note that the covering report for this item of business will be available for public inspection and there will be public discussion of the business at the meeting. It is only if there is likely to be a need to discuss the details of the commercially sensitive information that the meeting will move into private session.
